My recent stay at this hotel in York exceeded my expectations in several remarkable ways. The staff, particularly Ricky and Tudor, were exceptionally helpful and friendly, ensuring that my experience was seamless and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee facilities in my room, allowing for a lovely, relaxing start to my mornings, and I cherished the convenience of having local eateries within a short stroll, including the delightful Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms. I lost an earring during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The combination of excellent service and a prime location made for a memorable visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York.
